I will leave this here. Today I went pony hunting. I found some that were awesome. Though I ran into another lady with a walker and her little girl. They wanted to find ponies but she couldn't find where they might be. I told her they were everyplace. I tried helping them find some but couldn't find a place I remembered where they were (my memory sometimes ugh.) So they followed me a few isles but no luck. I ran back and gave them a So soft Paradise. I told them the price of the pony it was reasonable. I wanted the little girl to have something nice. I don't really post stories but I wanted to today. So share any that you may have. :)

*stalks thread*

When I found my Glory, well, there were two bags. One with Glory, Gingerbread, fakies and McDonalds. The other one had Core Seven who I didn't had, fakies, McDonalds and Periwinkle. I was going to take both bags until a little girl was looking for ponies too. So I decided to leave that bag behind. Went back to see if the bag was still there, and I assumed the girl took it.

I still think that Periwinkle must have had a nicer home who loves her now, instead of being displayed and become a dust-collector.

That is one of my many stories that were never told.

I was digging through blind bag boxes, looking at the codes. It was wave 10. A beautiful little girl was sort of peeking through another box, looking forlorn. Her dad had fussed at her to hurry. She was feeling the bags, obviously looking for somepony special. I asked her who did she want? She told me most earnestly she really really really wanted Fluttershy. She knew she had a new mold, so she thought she could find her by feel. She only had enough money for one, so it had to be her. She was almost teary, so I knew it meant the world to her.

I had the list of codes, so i started looking for Fluttershy too. I told her dad i could find her for sure looking at the numbers, and he relaxed and stopped griping at her. "I don't know why it's so important," he muttered and the little girl said, "Because Fluttershy is me, daddy. She's me. I need her for courage."

I understood her immediately. Sometimes there just something about a particular character (or Pony!) that we see ourselves in. Luck would have it I found Fluttershy very quickly and the kiddo just danced with her. The dad thanked me and they headed to the groceries to meet up with her mom. For some reason I was so taken with the child and her love of Fluttershy I grabbed a 10" Funrise plushie and dashed up to the front to pay for her and my few blind bags. Then I ran to groceries, luckily found her with her mom and dad and handed the toy to her (and the receipt to her dad. I didn't want her to get nabbed for attempted theft without proof of purchase! lol!). The parents were a little surprised, but I told them, she needed a pocket Fluttershy for courage and a big one to hug.

She was so happy. I left quickly to leave her in the moment. Sometimes you just need to share something you love.

*tears of joy*

There should be more people like you in the world, Foofoo. I'm telling the truth.

I have been granted many acts of kindness by strangers. They came at a time when they very much could have saved my life. I try to pay it forward. I can be consumed by my own angers and sorrows, but I keep them at bay by being as loving like I want to be loved.

I was volunteering sorting donations at a thrift store, and a group of pristine, Mint condition g1 ponies came through. Fire Fly, Medley some real nice ones. I set them aside and asked the lady in charge if I could buy them, and at first she was like "No. Those must go to child customers." But then someone discussed something with her then they just gave them to me .3.

I still wanted to pay for them.... <3 <

Foofoo you definitely are the nicest person ive ever met. :)

Foofoo, you claim to be troublesome but your actions speak louder than words. That was so sweet of you. Not only finding a Fluttershy for that girl (she is best pony) but buying her a big one for cuddles. So sweet! Don't worry, I won't tell!

As for me , I don't have any good stories. Though I should be working on a custom for my besties (step)daughter. She sent me her small pony collection and I'm going to custom one as a thank you.

I tell ya, lev_21n01, your ATCs make for good Pony stories. I just flip when I get your art. The Bowtie Snow Globe you made for me is displayed on my computer cabinet right now. I smile everytime I see it!

(Dang. My soft spot for kids is out. I have no choice but to blow up a building before my reputation is toast!)

My brother in law's nieces are nice girls and come from a good family but good lord the parents are very very picky at what they can and can not do or watch. The father is a Preacher and the mom is a stay at home mom who home schools. So Yeah really really picky about there kids stuff but surprisingly they let me let the girls watch the G1 my little pony movie and play with some ponies I had while the mom was talking with my mom. When they left they ask very nicely if they could borrow the movie and I said sure there mom was so happy she like they love ponies. So I just gave them the movie and some ponies. Heck if that is the only fantasy thing the parent thinks are ok for them to play with or watch I am all for letting them play with them.

Not picky on how they raise their kids that is there choice and they are not bad parents but to really hardly ever find something that expanse on imagination is kinda sad.

So I want lie and say I wish I had my G1 movie back cant find the that movie anywhere now a days. But I was happy that the little girls love the toy and movie. They still after OMG 3 or 4 years now still have it and the ponies and they still play with them. So I am happy.

My sister had Paradise Estate when she was younger. Many many years later I was collecting ponies and we were going through boxes in the barn and came across her paradise estate. She sort of looked at it and her ponies, then at me, then at them. "Hey, you want these?" "Well yeah, I've been looking for a paradise estate for ages for my own." "Well, now you have one, for keeps."

It's one of the loveliest memories of our younger years. We have loads now cause we've become best friends, but back then we were just sisters.
