The best place to find older G4s!

A lot of people might already know this, but I thought I'd share, because it's been such a great option when Target, Walmart, and TRU no longer carry certain G4s.

If you have a Family Dollar near you, check it out! I'm not sure if they are all over the US, but I have been to them in PA, Massachusetts, and Ohio. Every store is laid out the same, and in the back with the toys, next to the Lalaloopsy minis, they always have older singles that the big stores no longer carry.

Over the fall, I found all the singles except Lily Blossom (boo!)

Last time I went, which was a few weeks ago, they had:

- Cherry Pie
- Diamond Rose
- Twinkleshine
- Feathermay
- Snowcatcher

Not sure if this will help anyone, but if you have a Family Dollar near you, check it out! Unexpected pony heaven! :LOL:
 
Strangely enough, I found some at CVS!
 
Family Dollar is great! CVS has some good ones too, but they cost 9 dollars each there. :surprisepony:
 
There's a family dollar right by my place. I might go check it out I would love to find older G4s. How much do they run there?
 
I wish we had an awesome store like that here in Australia. :(

Aww, dingle, the closest Family Dollar is like 25 miles from my house. Still, it's close enough to work, so maybe one night afterward....

We have more Dollar Generals and Big Lots in Tulsa.
 
In the UK, check out Home Bargains and B&M bargains for older G4s, they are usually £2.99

Ooh this great advice! There's a Family Dollar in my town - never thought to look there. I still need Feathermay, Flitterheart and Honeybuzz. I might be checking it out later :)
 
I'm actually passing them up every time I go to Goodwill and Savers already!
 
Another place to check if you're looking for something in particular is the toy section in the grocery stores. They always have old stock; of course, it's because the ponies there are way expensive to start with, but it's worth a check.
 
That's where I've been finding them lately! The ones far south of me have the way older ones... I found a Lulu Luck to add to my sales thread and some others that others here might want in the ones down here by me. I've gotten to haunt Family Dollar stores as much as the thrift store I love to check out.
 
i just went to family dollar and bought 15 of the brushables, from the traveling ponies all the way up to the new wave, i got 2 flitterheart!

i went to cvs and bought a g3.5 sweetiebelle! they must not sell fast, they was marked down from the regular 8.99 way to high price to 2.99!
 
Yep, I can attest to this. I got my Feather May this summer at a Family Dollar after a made a trip to a special little toy store in Indiana.

It was a great day for Pony finds. :satisfied:
 
Walked into Family Dollar today, and found Snowcatcher, Feathermay, and Twinkleshine! It was a store out in tge middle of nowhere, not surprised they had them lol.
 
I need to check it out! I've been wanting Snowcatcher. :satisfied:
