Oh boy. This took a while to do. I made a thin snake of clay then ran a small cheap comb over the top and the teeth of the comb did all the work. Was very fiddly.
 
I saw someone use a texture roller and I thought a comb was a good substitute
 
she is so gorgeous ♥ i absolutely love her so much, but i think ive said that a million times now lol
