For the lack of quality control Hasbro has these days! I can prove it with one picture from Heck Yeah, Pony Scans!, I can't believe this even made it into stores!
it is shameful! :madpony: My g4 Applejack had a crack on the nondisplay side of her neck fresh from the box! :cry2: So, I wanna know what factory flaws has your G4 ponies had? Or maybe you have a pony from an older gen with a factory error?

HAHAHAHA! The Celestias missing their bodies are just too funny! How could anyone not notice that?! It's one thing to not have a symbol, or even an eye... but a whole body?!

It is pretty funny! I showed this pic to my brother and he nearly died laughing. :satisfied: What's worse about my Applejack is that she was one of the first 3 g4's i bought back in december of 2010, so she was one of the first couple of batches shipped.
Is it strange that i REALLY want a bodyless celestia?

Quality control aside, the person stocking the shelves didn't see a minor problem here?

I wonder if the store would give you a discount for these . . .

That's hilarious
Seriously, Hasbro? Seriously?

That said, I'd love one, just to keep her MIB. I'd totally ask for a discount too. Imagine the cashier though...
Cashier: Hi, how are you?
Me: Great, thanks. Can I get a discount on this disembodied anthro pony head?

:hysterical:

LOL! That's ridiculous! I thought Hasbro was better than that!

For errors in older generations, my G3 Pinkie Pie has glue all around the outside of her neck and smeared across her entire body. :/

"Here, have a disembodied head to go with your pony figure. Would you like fries with that?"

Failed attempts at comedy aside, outside of ye olde Twilighte Sparkle avec la tête malsynchronisé, I don't think I came across any factory flaws in G4s, or MLP in general... Then again, I buy most of my ponies used, so yeah.

It's not MLP, but I do have a Bandai Sailor Mars doll that not only was packaged without shoes (which annoyed me to no end when I was a kid), but also has Sailor Jupiter's face. o_O Had I kept her in her box, she'd probably make me a bundle nowadays.

I have some ponies with paint and my shining armor has paint smears on his symbol. Ugh. The quality control isn't that good >.< maybe there are ones without heads? I do wonder what happened to their bodies.

Almost every pony I got in the TRU Favorites Set had really slippery feeling hair. It was much shinier than most pony hair. Also, it seemed harder brush. Well, it brushes fine, but still looks messy afterwards. Strangely enough, the only ponies I see like that are the ones in that set. Every set I've seen was like that. Really weird.

I've also had several instances of opening a new G4 and having dirt on them right out of the package. Hasbro needs to get their quality control fixed.

Some batches of nylon hair have more oil than usual, a gentle wash will fix it up.

Seriously? A floating head? WHERE'S THE BODY? Is it like, laying flat in the bottom of the box, or is it m.i.a. entirely?

That's just sloppy.... they need to take notes from Barbies if that's the case. At least a 5 year old has to lynch a Barbie from a dresser for it to lose its head.

OOH OOH!!! I have one!

It's not my pic. It's from bekuno from MLP arena. poor pony would have been customized in my hands...

:shockpony:

Oh god what the heck? UGH That is when they need to recall them like RIGHT AWAY! Geeez.... Oh god that blind bag one YIKES!
