would you want an updated molly and megan? i would(but being i prefer "human" dolls thats a natural thing for my g3 pony wantlist.

No humans in the G3 line! I will throw a conniption fit if there are any humans who "encounter" the ponies.

I think they were fun in the G1 line because then little girls could imagine they 'were' Molly or Megan, and pretend they were riding the ponies instead of the dollies. The clothes were fun, too! I did like the matching outfits. But the Mom and Baby outfits were fun, too... :)

The way they are making Ponyville, it doesn't seem like it's going to be workable to get a person there. The G1's needed the help to save Ponyland, so sent ponies over the rainbow. We don't have a rainbow in Ponyville...what would they do, dig through to China? :lol: :lol: And giving the ponies more 'human' traits kinda takes care of the need for a person there.

Either way, I don't think I'd mind, but as of right now, I don't think we need them. I'm surprised my daughter hasn't used her Polly Pockets to ride her ponies yet...I may have to show her that! :twisted:
 
I've thought about doing it: in fact, I have a doll that is perfect for the job. She's a cheapie fake barbie, but her facial features are relatively close and she has gorgeous long golden hair. I was going to make an "old gramma" Sundance with a white streak in her mane and glasses.. lol.



Needless to say, I think it's a good idea..
 
How much ever that I love them I wouldn't want new ones.

They belong to the G1 era. Not the G3's. So no. I wouldn't want them to make new ones. They would really fit in =/
 
nah, no humans. How would they dress them? Hopefully not like Bratz that's for sure...

But pony friends would be cute.
 
No, I hated Molly, Megan, and Danny. Especially Megan, because the ponies ran to her for advice on EVERYTHING. It was ridiculous. I wanted to say, "Listen, ponies, if you're old enough to have baby ponies, you're old enough to make decisions without consulting a twelve-year old girl." :roll:

If they did bring her back, Megan would be like 32, molly would be 20 something, maybe it would be Megans kids?

but i really don't think it would work, the ponie sjust don't get into the peril they used to, where are the dragons? the witches? the SMOOZE?!

I agree, they seem to have lost all sense of magic that the ponies represent =/ That is kind of boring.

So if they brought some humans into the picture it would probably be a Bratz kind-of-girl. A twelveyearold with makeup, tight revealing clothes and a cell phone that they could call her on and so forth :roll:

No, I wouldn't like humans. It seems Kimono's the new Megan.. I mean, who asks the person who's birthday it is for advice about her surprise?! They must rely on Kimono to do all the thinking :/

I think it would be great to bring back Molly and Megan personally, but I'm afraid they'd prolly re-introduce them looking more like those horrid BRATZ dolls. (My appologies to anyone who likes those things.) It's a scary thought.

Am I the only one that does not hate Megan and Molly over here? I actually regretted they never made a Danny doll. :lol:

I really like the horsey style of the MLP G1. The show stable, the reigns, the sadles. I had to put *something* on my ponies' back, lol. I even wanted a MLP carriage for Megan and Molly to sit in when I was little. That would be so nice IMO.

So I have to vote yes. There are just too little human dolls out there that fit My Little Ponies. :)
