$ Price Check $ Thistle Whistle (scented) P

I found Thistle Whistle while cleaning out my closet, she has no marks on her, but there sounds like there is a little ball inside her(is that normal because her head has never been removed). Even after all these year she is still scented, how much is she worth because I have no idea.
I have a picture of the heart on her foot and magnet because I know there some that don't have the heart and magnet.

Sounds like her metal washer fell of her tail.
and the heart is crooked on her leg.
She is still scented.
