Icy Titania has trodden up from the chilly arctic depths to cast her baleful frozen gaze upon you!!

She's been repainted with crafter's acrylic, sealed with mod podge, rehaired with DH Raincloud, Water Nixie, After Midnight, and Pacific. Her barnacles are sculpted from apoxie sculpt, as well as her little octopus friend (I had extra left over). Thanks for looking!!
