To MIB or MwB?

Hello all. I just won a MIB Comic-Con 2008 MLP for what I feel is a good deal of $20. So I have a question....The item is MIB, but you cannot see the pony inside if she is in the box. So do I leave her MIB or do I take her out and have her as mint with box?
 
If you plan to keep her, it seems a little silly not to be able to see her. And she's the way cool ninja one right? I believe you can get a good price for her either way of you choose to sell her though. Oh congrats btw!

Thanks, I was thinking of taking her out, but didn't want to commit a big faux pas by doing so :)
 
Your pony, your choice! And it's not like she's in a nice designer box with a window. I think some people keep her in her sealed plastic bag but out of the box; at least you could see her that way but... I'm sorry... Ew? displaying a pony in a plastic bag? (much less trying to brush her hair? LOL)

The only ponies I have still in their boxes are the art ponies and Fair and Comic Con, because I like how they look that way, in their fancy boxes, and one or two o thers that I'm not sure enough about removing (ie, am I going to ultimately want to keep them? I'm not terribly attached, I guess, but maybe that's because there's plastic between me and them--mostly G2s). However, if I wanted to, they'd be out in minutes, very carefully, so they could be put back in again for display. It helps that my kid likes to debox his, so if I really want to play around with one, and if I asked nicely heh, he'd let me. LOL
 
I opened the box on mine but not the packaging (I don't think!). When I got tired of looking at her she went back in the box for display, to make room for whatever the next year's pony was. :)
 
if it was something rare or HTF id say keep in the box packet, and get a loose one to play/display, but this one, well i'd take her out! plenty of people will be keeping MIB so nothing to worry about there!

But yes, it's your pony, and you have to do what you want! let her run free if you like!


Personally mine are out the boxes, but in there baggies...... but i'm nutts!
