G1 Twinkle-Eye Party Time Variant: help ID source?

Hey all! Been a long time since I've posted here; life's been very busy. Anyway... I picked up a 2nd Party Time, and when comparing it to my 1st one, I noticed that the symbol was quite obviously SMALLER than the other.

Does anyone know why this is? Were there multiple sets/productions of her made? Both ponies' hooves are stamped "c 85 Habro Bradly, Pat. Pend, Made in Hong Kong"...

I'm just curious & confused as to WHY the difference in the symbol size. Hope you guys can help shed a little light on this!

I believe its just the batch of where it was made theres more on that if you surf the arena. Though all batches were processed in different factories. There might be variants to colors size ect.
