Certainly looks like it! This is one of two apparently leaked songs from upcoming Season 3. If it's legit, then there's a new race called Crystal Ponies, and it would appear from some of that video that they have block coloured eyes like the twinkles. There's no actual video of them, but pictures of them from a book Twilight has.

I'm so excited for S3 now!! !

I have a feeling they might be translucent since every gen so far has had translucent sets. It would be cool to see Twinkle Eyed or translucent ponies either way.

My guess is it's the ponies we've seen leaked on taobao that have a gem shape in their eye, not an actual gem, and colored tinsel.

What if this is still prototypes and the white 'gem' shaped spots are blanks for where the gems will be added? I am almost thinking of them looking like Glow 'n Show mixed with Twinkle Eyes.
