Vicki Victoria Rose

Hello, everyone.

It's been a very long time since I've posted anything here. I took a few years off from collecting and customizing to handle some life circumstances that arose. I have returned to customizing and wanted to share my latest creation with everyone.

Her name is Vicki Victoria Rose and she is inspired by Victorian-era steampunk. I actually started work on her around two years ago, but only recently completed her.

How very lovely! Your colour choices are just bang on beautiful. Did you use polymer clay or epoxy for her clothing, I'm curious.

She is completely sculpted with Original Sculpey—and she's the last of my customs to be sculpted with such. I've since switched to Apoxie Sculpt.

I must admit, though, that I got quite the shock when I read the title of this board as my name is Victoria Rose and I go by Vicki

OMG, for real? That is too weird. I can imagine how odd that would have been.
I swear, I had no idea that that was your name. It was just the universe's greatest coincidence. lol

But yes, the name seems to fit together nicely for characters. Probably why I dislike it for myself. I'm actually in the process of legally changing it to Harper! :LOL:

I can see it being a popular character name. It has a nice flow to it—kind of rolls off the tongue. And it seems both strong and delicate at the same time.
I chose it for this pony because of the Victorian steampunk inspiration and the black rose in her hair. Not a very creative naming paradigm I suppose, but what can I say. lol
Victoria Harper sounds like the perfect novelist's name! I love it! :LOL:
