Washing a tinsel hair

Hey, everypony!

I just got an eBay lot I won and it includes some glitter ponies. Most of these ladies have really tangled and frizzy hair and grungy bodies. I'm giving them all a good wash but now that it's come down to the tinsel ponies, I'm not sure what to do. Can I wash their hair without having to iron out the tinsel? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can wash and comb out their hair without ironing the tinsel. That'll leave you with crinkled tinsel, but that's not the worst thing in the world!
