Lets try to think of something every day to be thankful for. It will be good for all of us. There are plenty of things to stress us out, but what are the little rays of sunshine in your life?

For me today I am thankful for my friend which I will call Rose. She loves flowers. LOL Rose has really been a strong source of support for me. Even though I have been a little bit of a hermit lately, she has refused to allow me to hide for long. She keeps calling and letting me know through numerous messages she cares. When I finally answered her call she was so happy. She is the kind of friend that seems to understand the concept of a deeper caring for a person. I know she could have easily gotten mad that it appeared I was ignoring her. Instead she trusted me that I must have had a good reason for not answering the phone and it wasn't about her. She is a wonderful friend.

This is a lovely idea! Today I'll be thankful for two things since I missed yesterday.

First of all, my boyfriend! He's been playing games with his friends a lot this weekend so I was getting a bit lonely. We got a chance to hang out more tonight and he was just so sweet it practically melted my heart. <3 I won't be too gushy but let's just say I love him, hehe.

Second, and far less 'serious', I got a fun book today. The Ever After High Yearbook. I love the art and animation of EAH so much! I'm really enjoying it.

He they is cool about the book @Taxel

Today I am super thankful for R2. I have known him 20 years hard to believe. Been married 18 of those years. He has always been there. He is kind, thoughtful, works hard and is super fun. Equip him with a nerf gun and he regresses to age 6..hides behind trees and knocks you in the head with nerf whatever you call those things. I am not even going to describe what he did to the kids with his mega automatic water gun. ROFLOL They had a blast that day. Nothing like the noise of three little girls screaming and laughing at the same time. I can say that three girls had their own mega automatic water guns by the next visit. Perhaps I should wake him up this morning with a blast from ice water in the mega automatic water gun.

Today I look back and I am thankful for the 6 years I had with my Great Dane Desiel.
The many years I knew of Susen who was like my 2nd mom. She passed away almost 4 weeks ago in a car crash she was only in her fifties.
I am thankful for Elflore who is the only friend in real life that did not aboundon me after I lost my job, my health got bad, and I had a mental depression break down.

I am thankful for my new dog Foxy and my grumpy old cat Jazz. Iono what I would have done without Jazz after D died. Foxy has given me reason a lot of morning to get up when I did not want to.

I am thankful for my family. However, I do wish they would remember I don't see the world like they do. I am not asking them to change everything just think about you know how I am. Please let's work together better so we can live together not fight and move forward.

I'm trying not to stress about work and all the things I have to do before Thanksgiving and the holidays all shortly around the corner. So, I'm taking a deep breath and being thankful I have a job to complain about, money to buy food to make a huge Thanksgiving feast and family to all come be loud and fill up my house eating and making a mess LOL I need to remember, the silly things I stress over (I'm a perfectionist) don't matter in the grand scheme of things. We're happy and healthy and no one is really going to care if I don't vacuum LOL

I'm thankful I got to see a bit of the beautiful sunrise today. I figured I'd seen my last for the "year" (until April or May) in early October. Its just too cold and terrible here! But the sky was so beautiful and it was uncharacteristically warm for the last time (40 degrees... still cold as heck!) I couldn't resist.

I am thankful that I had 11 wonderful years with my little dog. Also that there might be :if I am super lucky another little furry for me in my future.

I'm thankful for my daughter and all the love and joy she brings. She's my light in the darkness. I'm thankful for my sweet service dog. He's so amazing in the amount of help he gives. I'm thankful to be a part of this group so I can know other pony lovers and feel connected to people. I'm also thankful for all the ponies I have. They bring a smile to my face every time I look at them.

Ology, I'm right there with you about family. With my mother you have to take her as she is, or not at all. She has some issues which makes it very difficult at times, but she's my mom, I love her anyway. So we do what we need to get by and she doesn't need to know just how many ponies and dolls we have. :winkpony:

Gingerbread, it sounds like you've got a plan. If someone is really going to judge you on your floors when you just spent all day (and probably the day before) cooking for them, then they aren't worth pleasing. Maybe they'll vacuum for you? Your feast will be amazing!

Taxel, that is one beautiful sunrise. :) we don't see the sun much this time of year and I treasure every minute we do.

I am thankful that R2 is going to be home with me for a very nice long vacation.
