What new characters would you like to see in MLP:FiM?

I would love to see the addition of sea ponies :seahorse: Can you imagine how cute sea ponies would as G4 characters?
 
I would love to see the original six ponies make some sort of appearance. I know that they "lost the copyright" to the names, but they wouldn't have to be named. they could be like Celestia's counsel of elders or something, with just a screen shot with them in it.
 
I second sea ponies! Plus, we haven't had a "beach episode" yet. :p

I'd love it if any G1 pony showed up, period. Complete with the right colors, or at least some other visual cue to clue fans in, other than just the name. In fact, I was incredibly disappointed to see that none of the background ponies, save maybe (MAYBE) Bon Bon and a green Medley-like pegasus, were references to the rest of the franchise. Guess Transformers spoiled me in that regard.

But speaking of likelier inclusions... I'd say Minty and Toola Roola.
I'd love to see where they'd take Minty's G3 persona, which, judging this series, would be awesome (friendly + naturally nervous + extreme OCD + clumsy + cranked up to eleven = BOOM).
And Toola Roola, well... I can totally picture her as either an artist looking for inspiration or an aspiring designer... Who'd probably look up to Rarity. ...Come to think of it, doesn't Core 7 Toola Roola have most of G3 Rarity's colors? References!
 
I would like to see so soft ponies or twinkle eyes. They were my favorites
 
Regarding "sea ponies": I was just thinking the other day about what kinds of mythological creatures we haven't seen in an episode yet. I came up with: mermaids, harpies and sphinxes. I guess we could also add hippocampus to that list. (Hippocampuses? Hippocampi? LOL.) That's a creature from Greek mythology that is half horse, half fish. (It's also a name for a part of the brain, but whatever....)

I'd love the inclusion of older ponies <3 Instead of their original names, maybe they could be referred to by their surname (like the Cakes are) to leave it open to speculation. I wouldn't mind a G3 pony either ;)

Seaponies or hippocampi would be amazing too! I don't know if it'd be possible, but I would love to hear a modern version of the 'Shoo Be Doo' song :D

If they want to stick to G4 ponies, they have tons of options with the toyline exclusives! I love so many of them, it would be awesome to see them shine.
 
Wow, I would love to see G4 sea ponies. I am sure they would be too adorable. I would love to see the G1 So Softs, Twinkle Eyes, and Twice as Fancy. They were my favorite sets.
 
I'd love to see the sea ponies, or the twinkle eyes! I know they said no humans, but what about elves and gnomes? I'd love to see the Moochick again! ^^

Gosh though, I have this strong feeling our favourites like Twinkle Eyes wont make it in the actual TV series like they did in the old show D: I just loved the look the animators had on them! I do think there is a possibility in releasing them as a toy feature, like they did with the butterfly winged Rainbow Dash etc.


Now my last point: Will there ever be humans? Fairies? The like? I'm not keen on it per se but what's your feel on it?..

And yeah, Snuzzle, cause I like her name and I have her on my bed-side lamp stand =)
 
I would like sea ponies, more main characters who are older version ponies (doesn't matter who whatever rights they have), male ponies and have more Luna :)
 
I vote for sea ponies too! Mer-ponies would also be awesome! And G1 ponies making appearances would be great! What about some Twinkle Eyed ponies or Sparkle ponies?:unicorn:
 
This is demanding too much, I'd say, but I just remembered:

Sparkleworks as a pyrotechnist. They could even make her a unicorn, if it was handier - I don't think we had any orange unicorns yet.

Glad to see I'm not alone in wanting Minty and Toola Roola on the show! :mrgreen:
