I got this lot from Argentina....and really there were 4 ponies that were the reason for getting the lot. Argie TAF Sugarberry is one. I saw her on Ebay MOC a month ago or so and wow. But this one is practically bait!

She looked FINE in the picture :(
I know the pictures are yellowed, but shes almost this color in real life.
Her hoof is BADLY scraped, chewed, whatever, and she has a cut on her back foot.

I DO have a tail for her, but her original was ratty and gross.
I left her out in the sun for about an hour and it didnt help her fading to white at all really.
She has a big scrape on her NDS,

and her cheek symbol is rubbed.

Ive already given her a plain water bath, and then again with Comet and lightly with some Acetone and it hasnt helped too much. She has huge smooze/blackheads on her nose.

She feels, to me, so gross, Im afraid almost to put her next to my other ponies. But I like her...just not this particular version of her. Should I keep her? Does
anyone know if they could fix her hygine? If she was at least more white, I could be content with that. Her symbols are good though. I dont know.

oh my! what's up with her foot? poor pony.

i guess i'd keep her until you can get a replacement. she's a pretty pony, she's just been abused. i agree with keeping her away from the rest of your collection, just in case.

i agree. why don't you put her in one of those beanie baby cases so your other ponies won't catch whatever she has. also i would rehair her to improve her a bit. are those pictures after she got a bath or before?

I have seen remove-zit by Twin Pines work wonders on whitening ponies. I haven't done it myself though, so you may want to ask someone who has.

I wouldn't worry too much about her infecting others in your collection. What's causing the pinpricks was already in the plastic when the pony was made. Warmth, moisture and dirt helped bring it out over the years. I use straight bleach and a cotton swab (with a lot of elbow grease! lol)and rub the areas with the smooze. The remove-zit I mentioned earlier may help with that too though.

Good luck!

After LOL

EEE Peptac! Sculptey! Good idea!! *huggles everyone* thank you for all your suggestions! I feel hope for her now ^_^

hee hee hee...I see piggies in that first picture!!! *This little piggy went to market...*

Ahem. Now that that's out of my system, I totally say restore her! I'm one who always tries to give the pony the benefit of the chance. Good luck!!! :D

I'd definately keep her, but somewhat isolated from the rest, just in case she has something that can spread to the rest of the herd.

Well, what *I* would do with her is this:

1) Boil her to kill any mold that could be alive and keep it from spreading. (I've heard that the blackhead things can be scraped off after boiling or during, but I've never tried it myself.)

2) Scrub her with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, just being careful with her symbols.

3) Take a nail file or fine-grit sandpaper to her feet. (Ugh, by the way! It looks like someone was pretty meticulous about eating all the way around that hoof! Poor gal!) You sould be able to smooth the chew marks/cut well enough to look decent on display.

4) Attempt whitening by smearing her with whitening toothpaste and leaving her in the sun. Do it several times in a row.

The cheek symbol you might try touching up if you're feeling ambitious, but I would personally not worry about it as it's on the NDS. If you have a tail for her, then her mane shouldn't be too difficult to tame and make her look decent.

Good luck with her. She's a nifty pony to have!

Those are great tips :D
You can ask a custumiser to fit the scratces whit sculping and fix her symbols and hair.

i'd keep her. i'd make her a sculpey foot though. poor thing she's been in the wars.
