I'm in the UK, and I see all these fabulous hauls and giant boxes of ponies that people come across, and my question is, HOW? haha. My Ebay is never very promising as all of the decent hauls of G3/G1 come from the US with a ton of shipping costs. Do any other UK collectors have any advice on where to find ponies, or your favourite places to look? My local charity shops hardly ever have them!

I find browsing eBay and being patient helps, I've never had anything huge, but I have had some decent lots. I also find that antique shops, and carboots can be promising. I've had most luck with my local charity shops, I asked the lady that runs it to keep ponies behind for me, then the doubles go back onto the shop shelves ^^

Going through the listings on national websites for second hand offers does a lot for me. Ebay is global; sellers usually know what they are selling and how much it is worth. People listing only on local bargain websites usually just want to get rid of their stuff and don't care much about what they offer. There are some great deals to be found in local listings! Good luck :)

Ok so being from the UK also I know what your saying, I don't have much luck or time to charity shop or car boot!
I mainly get lots from ebay and as crumpet says if you have a bit of patience and know your ponies you can at times get a decent lot for a decent price.
Happy Hunting :)

Thank you everyone! I haven't tried flea markets yet, I'll have to see where my local ones are! Also I did get a good haul on Ebay for the first time yesterday with a lot of 24 ponies! They're from the US, but actually had reasonable shipping, so I'm eagerly awaiting their arrival!
