G1 Where to find ponies locally?

I recently got into g1 mlp and i've only seen ponies around me at frank and sons mostly for around 50-60 bucks and I'm not too comfortable buying online. Does anyone know any good spots around southern cali?

I’m not in socal, but unfortunately I’ve never had any luck finding any G1 ponies (that aren’t reproductions) in person outside of meets/cons! People seem to stumble upon them at the thrift store or antique stores, but this seems to be getting less and less frequent as time goes on.

I dont live there, but if you haven’t seen it already, I searched “south California vintage toy stores” on google and there’s a store called Kelly’s Toy Shop that has some G1s in the photos

I don't live in south Cali...But you can try facebook marketplace and Offerup if you haven't already! I find ponies every now and then for great prices locally it might be worth a try.

Check thrift stores. The stock changes often so keep checking.
See if there’s any collectible toy stores in your area. Sometimes they are willing to do trades.
Check your local Facebook market place for any local sellers.
