It made me think which ponies will I end up with in 2013?

Do you have any certain ponies you are after that you really hope you'll get this year?
Do you have any ponies that you KNOW you're going to buy the minute you see them?


I'm not sure I will be spending a lot of money on one pony, but rather buy a cheap one here and there. I could always go for another CJ or 10 :lol:

If I'm going to dream and hope... I have one pony I really want, but she usually goes quite high. German Starshine, she's amazing. I also have Ice Crystal and Sweet Scoops high up on my wishlist :)

So what ponies do you really want to get this uear?
 
Brazil Gusty. That's just wishful thinking for me, though.

I saw the Crystal Empire sets with Celestia/Pinkie and Luna/Rarity yesterday and I thought the princesses were really pretty, so I'm probably going to get those at some point.

As far as G1s, I'm picking up babies in Blossom's pose.

It's going to be a fun year :)
 
I don't know, I normally go with the flow and hope there's ponies, and horses along the way, lol. However I do hope I get some quite a load of ponies this year, and hopefully find some of other wanted items too.

Once I get a chance I'll check out the stores for some of the newer ponies coming out for 2013. Would really love to get the motion ones :3
 
I am not sure where-ever the wind blows I suppose. :) I have 30+ more to get on my standard us collection list. I need to get crackin.
 
Aw gee. So many, lol. To make a totally impossible wish: Italian yellow Minty, or Argie teal Baby Confetti. Now that those are out of the way... I'm just gonna go with it; if I see something I like, I'll get it. I'm more impulsive in that way than an organized collector.
 
I'd like to get a Sweet Stuff and maybe some sea ponies or some ponywear.
 
I must have a mint Lightning to complete my MBs every time I want him he's not for sale when I'm not looking to buy there's lots of him :censored:

I also really want Italian powder there's s pace for her on my shelves which has been empty way to long.

Not as realistic I want Rapunzel :p

Then accessory wise I want Baby Crumpet purse and the lace for Baby Princess Sparkle's buggy to complete it I wanted them this time last year too though . . .
 
A g3 breast cancer pony.....and completed g3 standard ponies....
 
I'm also a bit more on the impulsive side - I tried to make plans for a Tales pony which completely backfired on me the moment I realized not only they are hard to come across and thus impossible to predict, they're also being sold in the 50-ish mark, which is a price I just can't seem to bring myself to pay for a pony... I would like to try buying a slightly more expensive pony, but for the most part, think I'm just going with the flow this year. Though I'm not expecting to get as many ponies as I did in 2012 (twas a very pony year), mostly due to space reasons and the fact that I wanted to focus on other collections as well. ;p

Let's see... I'm hoping to get Magic Star for my birthday in February.

Sugarberry, FF Cotton Candy, Baby Rainribbon, Chocolate Delight, Light Heart and Clever Clover are pretty big wants right now.

I'd also like to get more Winter/Christmas ponies for my budding collection (I'm a sucker for most Christmas related stuff), especially the G3s since they're cheaper. Speaking of G3s, I'd love to get Lulabelle this year.

Somewhere down the line I also wanted to see if I could FINALLY get myself a Tex. Dude slipped through my fingers about 5-6 times now.

And Baby Princess Sparkle is still VERY high up on my wishlist, but I doubt I'll be able to afford her... :cry:

Well, now that I have gotten sparkly Mane 6, regular Mane 6, Mane 6 playful ponies before 2012 ended...
Guess I'm now looking for Fashion Style ponies. Buy em' on site of course!
And I am looking for any and all G1s!
 
Well... My only true plans are to try and finish a couple G1 sets, so I will try to buy those ponies as soon as I see them, but I also plan on trying to buy more Nirvana's and complete some of my BB sets, so - I'm sure I can accomplish that in 12 months! :D
 
I have heard through the grapevine that there IS going to be some kind of OFFICIAL Doctor Whooves (Time Turner) release.... not sure what it will be, and I think I read it as a passing comment here or on ED in the past week or so. Supposed to be out in the spring.... and believe me, I'll be picking up a few!
 
Well, going into 2013, I shall be looking to purchase the following...

G1 ponies - especially babies and boys (I have already had Salty and Steamer delivered)

G3 ponies - expanding my collection in general - would love more winter themed ponies so I can do a cute Christmas tableaux this year.

G4 ponies - Got my first Glimmer wings pony for Christmas so looking to complete that set
I have purchased Shine Bright Pinkie Pie and will be seeking more Shine Bright ponies
I have also bought 3 of the mane 6 with tinsel hair and hope to find the other 3
I need the colour in Rainbow Dash - I already have Fluttershy
I also need the small 5" mane 6 plushies, I already have RD, need the other 5 (Fluttershy,
AppleJack and Rarity to be released in the Spring)

That seems to be my battle plan for 2013!!

I believe its to be a Funko Vinyl style release - the ones who did the Derpy/Rainbow Dash ones last year.
 
And that is more than fine with me!!! I can't wait!!! :)
 
I'm hoping to finish my Twinkle Eye collection, as well as catching up on all the G4's I need. ^.^
 
I swear that this will be the year that I get myself a G1 Minty! Since I started collecting, she's been number one on my wants list, and I never seem to get her. This will be the year! XD
 
At this point I don't have any specific ponies in mind. I don't really go looking for certain ponies...I just go looking for ponies that are a good price and pretty looking. =P And whoever I find in thrift stores!
 
I haven't really been collecting ponies recently but I keep my eyes open for vintage G1 merchandise. And cheap nirvanas. All my ponies are in boxes till I move again :cussing: I want the Waterfall playset.
