Who originally created the PONYVILLE Comics?

Hi there,

I am looking for a link to the page where I can look at all of those comics. They are so funny!

I know it was someone from here (or at least the old TP) that created them, but I forget exactly who it was! If the creator is out there, or if someone has a link, please post here! (Y'know those comics with Mayor Pinkie Pie and his agent Wysteria?)
