I am going to try to rehome my Baity Steamer. If you would like to win him, please post an entry in this thread before Saturday night, March 20th, at 9 p.m. EST. I will have a random number generator drawing Saturday night to see who will get him, as this seems like the most fair way to decide.

(If there is a * beside your name, you posted to this thread with very helpful advice before I decided to hold the drawing. You are entered to win him. If you are the winner and you do not want the pony, a new winner will be chosen).

These are the rules:

1. Please enter only if you understand his condition (below), realize that he is baity, know how to get his head off, and intend to clean and restore or customize him.
2. I will pay for USPS First Class shipping in the USA only. (If you would like to win him but are not in the USA, you will be responsible for actual shipping cost which can be made through Paypal).
3. For the drawing, I will assign each person a number based on the order of posts. Each person will get one number, even if they posted more than once.
4. I will announce the winner in this thread and contact them by PM. The winner has 5 days to let me know where they would like their package sent. If I have not heard from the winner after 5 days, a new winner will be chosen.

Hi everyone. I need some advice. I won a Steamer in a lot, but when he got here he was really. . .baity. He looks kind of okay, but he has holes cut into the bottom of two of his hooves, and inside he has flaky black moldy-looking stuff. It looks like someone used him as a bath toy or something. He also has a little tail rust, paint wear on his symbol, a speck of black missing from one eye, and a haircut on his tail (someone thought he would look better with layers). So here's my problem: I'm awful at pony spa. I can't even get his head off. I don't really want to sell him because he's, well, gross. BUT I also don't want to throw him away because that would just be wrong, wouldn't it? What would you do? Here's some photos so you can see what I mean.

Heck, I'd even like him the way he is! You could either try to sell him, or give him away for shipping cost on the freebies forum. (In which case, I'd love him.. heck.. if he was cheap cheap, I might buy him.)

If you want ot keep him though, You'll have to get his head off somehow and clean him out.
 
Oh I'll bet someone would buy him cheap from you; baity Big Brothers aren't all that common, are they? And like she said, the freebies forum--hey, you;d be flooded with requests lol
 
aww he's not so bad -I've seen much worse ;) Like the others said , there would be lots of people (me included!!!) who would be happy to give him a home, so pleeeaaase dont throw him away. Or he would be easy enough to clean up and restore with a bit of patience. You would need to take his head off though :nod:
 
Awww! That's really sweet of you to do a random drawing and give him away! He'll find a good home for sure, even if he winds up not being STeamer anymore (on the outside, anyway heh)
 
I took part in the MLPTP's Nirvana restoring contest last year, and I really learned a lot!!! (Thanks SS!) I would love to have another pony to try to restore!!! :] Thanks for running this contest, it's really sweet of you!!!

oh no what a poor boy. to be mutalated like that. but lookit that longish hair! :lol: Mine has a very short cut but I love him dearly.

I would very much like to enter your contest. I will say now though, that I would be customizing him, but oh what a pretty custom he'd be. Most likely he'd become a Sparta (my black unicorn male) wich would be awesome ^^
