Guest, The MLPTP's Fundraiser and Prize Giveaway will be returning on June 1st! Check out this thread for all the latest news!
I've received several notifications from the Target online store that Starflower and Pinwheel are available. But even though I check the site within less than a minute of receiving the notification, they're already sold out. I'm not sure if Target's site is being glitchy with the notifications or they're selling out that quickly! I haven't had time to check the physical store in months, so I have no idea what their stock is locally.
Yeah of course its the ones that is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find mint in their original releases. There is definitely a huge demand for the unicorns, I just saw one go up for $50 on Ebay and it was sold right away.I really hope it won't be a case of demand outstripping supply.
I also hope more stores will carry the line if they really are proving that popular!

Geez. Sunbeam is in high demand too. I put her in my cart on Amazon (she was $13) next day the price went up twice as much and most were sold. I wish it wasn't such a struggle to get a hold of them.I saw one (Pinwheel) yesterday on amazon for 18.99 and today she was gone. It was a market place seller tho and so there was no ‘more one the way’ note next to her either.

It seems so silly that ponies are becoming 'rare' and 'htf', while presumably still on an open production run lol
Unfortunately it happens, like @Leave a Whisper said. Look at Holly dash. Its funny but more sad cause we have the technology to get these things distributed.......It seems so silly that ponies are becoming 'rare' and 'htf', while presumably still on an open production run lol
Posey is awesome! Hopefully her hair doesn't fade this timeI am SO tempted by Posey. I've wanted her ever since I was a child and she's just so pretty and classic. MUST. RESIST.
There’s a Sunbeam up for auction in a lot on eBay. The auction ends in a couple of days. It may go high, but the item number is 202778825406Geez. Sunbeam is in high demand too. I'm actually watching that! Thanks for reminding me about it! :xmashug:There’s a Sunbeam up for auction in a lot on eBay. The auction ends in a couple of days. It may go high, but the item number is 202778825406

It happens all the time, especially since not all waves of a toy will get equal distribution. I collect Transformers, and around 2000 the "Beast Machines" generation of TF was just ending. Also, the last wave of Beast Machine toys was coming out. But a lot of merchants still had Beast Machines toy to sell, so they didn't want to bother picking up the last wave of the toys.
So collectors were going nuts trying to find the final figures, which hardly any stores were stocking. One of the final BM toys was a UNICORN Transformer, so of course I wanted him. I got extremely lucky and found two of them at a store for retail price ($10 each). I put my extra up on eBay, auction style, and it sold for . . . TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!
I think the Unicorn / Pegasus set (Moondancer, Twilight etc) will go up in value quickly because, due to being a second wave, a lot of stores didn't order them or didn't stock them for long. (Though they won't get as crazy as that Transformer unicorn, ha ha.)

TYVM! Is it worth mentioning this rumour? :0New checklists added and information updated 9/25/19
