I friend of mine texted me a picture of these and I immediately went searching to buy them.

Now, I haven't bought Toms before so I didn't know about how their sizes run but from what I could tell on the website the all over print was a "youth" and the "adult" sizes were in the sorta tie dye Skydancer? I really wanted the all over print and I actually ended up buying them from Amazon for 35.00 and took a chance on a youth size 6 in the all over print hoping it would fit and not be the style with the cross over velcro. Since it had free returns I figured why not, even though I wasn't sure what was actually gonna show up. I was super happy when these are what I got! First off, I appreciate the cute shoe box :) They fit perfectly! I wear a US women's size 7-8 depending on the shoe, a 7.5 is most often my go to. These are a Youth 6 and they fit great. I'm also glad they don't have the velcro over flap as I would think that would make them look a little too kids-y. This has made my day!

I think they are so cute. Sadly, I’ve reached a point in my life where I must have good treads and slip proof soles. :( I’m a prematurely old lady. At least E makes up for it by being so pretty. I’m old enough to have a daughter that looks like her.

You are beautiful @Tak give yourself more credit....I bet they have pretty good tread, you might can try some. I've heard they are really comfortable shoes.

My sister loves them. I think she has 8 different pairs. She found a pair with corgis on them. E had a pair when she was younger, too. They are really quite good shoes. I’m a little jealous of gingerbread’s getting to wear them. She deserves good things, though. I have really high arches. I’ve never needed arch support thanks to ballet, but I found it hard to get the toms on because the come up to mid arch. I’m sure there are others out there with the same or worse shoe issues. I’ll just enjoy seeing others enjoy theirs.
 
Oh I like these! I hope this "limited-edition" thing isn't TOO limited, I'm also primed to put these on my b-day list.

Also, kinda disappointing of them to make the adult size design less "conspicuous".. not that the Skydancer design isn't great, but there ARE adults out there who want the ponies on the outside of their shoes! :tongue:
 
Well, I put insoles in everything I wear even my slippers. My insoles can be a little spendy but I'm on my feet all day at work so I don't chance it and I get new ones every 6 months like clock-work, then since they are kinda pricey and aren't 100% shot I move my old insoles into my house slippers and I just cycle them. If you don't have feet problems you'd probably be fine wearing these as-is but I'm totally sticking an insole in there, they don't have much in the way of support.

Yeah, I was confused looking on the Toms website cause it just looked like the all-over print came in toddler but if you can find them listed as youth you can probably do them in an adult size, like I said I got a youth 6 and it fits like a women US 8.
 
@Tak & @OctoberMoon Thank you both so much for the offer. I’m going to hold off a bit until I can get into a store to try some Tom’s on and get the proper fit for me before I order anything. Unfortunately we’ve just gone into a major lockdown again and I won’t even be able to do that potentially for another 4 weeks. :( Only grocery and pharmacy are open right now and they can only sell foods/essential items.

:xmashug:I hope it gets better soon. I know that the north eastern states and Michigan have had a rise in cases lately. I’m told the vaccine will be like a flu shot and we’ll be getting a new one every year.

I really like wearing flats and high top sneakers but none of them ever have any support, so I put insoles in all mine too

(I wear an adult 6 1/2-7 and kids size 4 fit me great incase anyone is trying to figure out what youth size might fit them)

Nothing wrong with big feet. More stable base, right? I call mine duck feet because they are so wide across the metatarsals.
 
Big feet are like awesome inbuilt flippers for swimming. I have narrowish feet and I basically sink. To swim any distance I wear flippers otherwise I'm exhausted. All things have positives and negatives, you just have to find that silver lining and make the most of it

That’s why you order two pairs. One to admire and one to wear. ;)
