MLPTP EVENT 2012 MLPTP's Halloween Swap Show and Tell

Finally got around to taking pictures! I got a great box from Peppermint Truly!

I got Surprise and SS Surprise. I love Surprise she is one of my favorite ponies. I also got a Halloween frame, a cute wood cutout ghost, Halloween socks(squee!), a grow your own witch ( she is sitting in water right now), a MH notepad, a bat, spider, skull and crossbones bracelet, MLP stickers and a Halloween version of Go Fish called Go Batty. The card game was fun and really cute, I loved the bats and cats on the cards. Thank you for a wonderful box Peppermint Truly! I didn't get a chance to take pictures of all the cute packaging, but I did keep the Chinese take out bat box and the 3 googly eyed gift bags. Those where so cute I think I might keep them to use as Halloween decorations.
 
I need to post my brag pics and Nessa16's wrapped stuff in the preview thread super duper soon (I got a super awesome box from PonyMommy (I think?))!!!!.... School has had me on my toes this month SO BADLY. After Friday, I'm going to welcome the slow pace!

Today was AWESOME! It snowed all day so the only time I left the house was to check the mail (we have community mailboxes so it's around the corner). Not only did two trades come (thanks Risha and CrazyPonyLady!), but I also got my SWAP BOX FROM TIKIBIRDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's what I saw when I opened the box...

And now, onto the PONIES! Not only did Tikibirds get me 3 ponies, but each of them has Disney accessories!

I am so excited! My boyfriend said "You sound like a little kid!" I was squealing, oohing, and aahing! I was so totally delighted by all of my gifts. Thank you so much, Tikibirds!

I know it's a little off-topic, but I have to share a story about that! In Halloween 2007, I was 11, and an avid pony collector for at least 8 years at the time. I told my Mother we had to go to Disney World for this. We lived in Hawaii and it was the worst flight of my life. Threw up the whole way there, couldn't sleep, flights were canceled. But when we got there, that was one of the best days of my life! :D

I wanted to be alive in the 80's my whole life.

I would buy TAF Munchy! IMAGINE THE ECONOMY! THE G1 PONIES! I'D SEE MY FAVORITE MOVIES IN THEATERS AND WATCH MLP N FRIENDS ON TV!

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how awesome all these wrappings are? I don't think I've ever seen such beautiful and festive Halloween paper! Especially that purple one.... :)

And WOW am I spoiled! Gingerbread couldn't have made this box more me, and it shows! Glitter, socks, no candy, practical things, unscented candle... Gingerbread, you are awesome!!

These are all individual hand-written Halloween recipes by Gingerbread! Especially since our Halloween is getting hurricane'd out more or less, it's a great way to still celebrate.

I was a kid of the 80's and it was the most fantastic toy time. Hunting for the ponies was so much fun back then. Ahhhh, the good ole' days. Pinkie, those pictures are awesome of you and the build a pony. You looked like me as a kid. Now they have build a droid at Disneyworld and my kids (boys) went crazy over that.

Ahh, you see I was born a decade late! :) I collect G1 ponies mainly, but I'm starting to fall in love with other 80s toys- and right now I have a craving for popples! I want one so bad! I look completely different now. Not much changed in size but with braces and corrective surgery with my teeth my face looks so different! It's also weird to see my hair so long and it's natural color. My Mom had told me no pink hair that year because it was my cousin's wedding,.but now we're all used to it. I wish I could have gone back and gotten more ponies than clothes! xD What's build a droid? Oh, is that Star Wars?
 
Finally my brag from MLPMommy4Life!

Baby Countdown showed up late but he is beautiful! A very pretty G3 (can't remember her name) that I have had on my wishlist for quite some time as well as the Breezie's rose petal car. Some awesome Halloween stuff including a cute cat backpack, vampire plush, candle, tealights with holder and candy!

Yes she is! I was pleasantly surprised by her. She is now tending to Baby Milkweed and Tumbleweed in their bassinet on my desk. She looks like she could be their older sister lol.

I forgot to mention how much I love the Sugarberry drawing! It is currently flattening out in one of my wedding books so it can be framed. MLPMommy4Life did such an amazing job!
