Can someone please tell me what in the 1950’s pop bead nonsense is going on here?? I can’t find any info on her.

I believe this was called “cutie twisty do” and there was also an applejack version. It came with more beads to attach onto it to make longer hair. I think it’s one of the strangest ponies they ever made lol
