So I was minding my business one day, and thought how awesome would a Double Swap be.


Double Meet Swap- Get one of your doubles and sign it with your name or a small note. (Please don't use Mint or NM ponies!)

Fake-o Wacko Swap- Mail away a custom fakie or normal fakie!

Hygiene Pony Swap- Send a pony with a bar of soap/liquid soap and let the squeaky cleanliness begin!


What are your swap ideas?

Morning O' Clock swap- A swap with a time themed pony (Whovians, this is yer chance! Get da TARDIS!)
Eraze-R Swap- A pony made out of erasers swap!
 
I was actually thinking of an eraser swap of a sort. I used to carve custom stamps out of erasers. Somewhere I have pics, but who knows where. Anyhoo, I thought we could all carve custom Pony stamps and swap 'em. It's fun to do! You just need an eraser and an Xacto knife!

I'll try to find my old pics. These are super easy to do, and look great stamped onto stationary and such.

Another swap I think might be fun is for everyone to purchase one of the 5"x5" cardboard craft boxes. Then decorate it as you wish (Pony themed of course) and fill it with goodies! It would be a small, cheap swap, but fun!
 
Musical swap- Mail away a pony inside a music box or/with an instrument!

(Talking bout that, I found a drum set with Pinkie on it. Rainbow Rocks is canon)
 
Maybe we could do one of those traveling boxes... It's where someone loads a box with awesome but random odds and ends and sends it to the first person on a list of participants. Each person on the list receives the boxes, takes one item out, replaces it with something fun then mails it to the next person on the list. I've done several of these and they can be super fun!
 
If we ever do one of those, I'm afraid of it getting lost in the mail!

New idea!

Gingerbread sweets swap- Bake pony cookies, decorate them as any pony on your partner's wishlist and get the matching pony then mail them away!

A Gingerbreadsweets swap sounds awesome! I think we should have more food swaps. It would be a ton of a fun cooking and getting to eat lots of treats :D
 
That sounds like a great swap! And I'm about to make gingerbread houses, so this would be the time to do it!

I was thinking a sticker swap would be super easy and cheap!

I'd love to do a cookie swap, but I don't know if it would be practical shipping them internationally. They'd probably arrive stale or in crumbs.
 
While we can't do a cookie swap across continents, maybe we could do recipe cards! We could hand write the cards and decorate them (hand drawn or collage, anyone can cut out pretty pics!), using family or local recipes! What fun to have all sorts of recipes from our friends...

I could call a friend to get me paper to make custom stickers, too!
