April/May ATC Swaps -- Finishing up!

Can I create and color my own lineart instead of using stuff on the arena or tp?

I cleared this for a couple other swappers this time, so I'm cool with it. That goes for everyone, by the way.

Yes, I have stuff left over from the last ATC swap but I had to hit the craft store anyway.
Of course I bought stuff.
I no longer have to size the cards myself, they are now selling ATC at AC Moores now! Yeah!

Also, hindsight, you lucky you know what! Though I shouldn't say anything; I'm recycling my work waste for my cards. I've got enough to see me through to the ATC Armageddon and beyond, I think!

if anyone needs ATC sized cards, I have a paper cutter and I'm always just cutting down card stock... I can mail out some ATC-sized sheets if needed...

Wow, LP9! We must share the same brain waves! I've been wanting to suggest a rainbow theme swap similar to that for a while, I've just never been brave enough to hold my own swap!

Ok, gonna go for the gusto and join all three! I don't have a printer so I'm a touch limited when it comes to line art, meaning I have to have something physical to trace and color. So I'm gonna have to create my own line art just so you know, I may even post it later for others.... we'll see if I like it that much!
Works slowing down though with the weather being amazing, so I'll be bring my sketch book to work (shh don't tell!) Almost reached 70 in Minnesota yesterday! For March that is a miracle! hehe

does it count as bragging saying that i've already finished the postcards? i can more a couple more if needed. got nothing else to do, so i have free time to make these atcs. will be starting one of the others soon.

I have all the backgrounds done on the Rainbow line art but thats it.

I wish I still worked downtown, I would have so may postcards to pick from.
I havent gotten any yet. I hope to over the weekend. I have an idea for them.

Edit: About postage, will it be the same as last time?
Can we make an extra card for you in order to pay for the postage of the cards coming back to us?
(Sorry if you covered this, I went back & read the 1st post before asking.)

Hindsight, I've been mulling this over. I think an extra card to cover postage should be just fine.

Just so everyone knows, I'm probably going to start the PMs with all this info tomorrow for everyone who has signed up (as far as where to ship and reminders on how many to make, etc. etc. etc!) About the only one it looks like you might not need to make an extra card for is the Pony Friends swap, unless that one fills up past the nine slots. I'm thinking for the Rainbow swap, you can do an "anything goes" card for me, since you'll have already covered the standard rainbow colors. I am totally expecting something neon.

And whew, yeah, this swap? I've already made the twelve rainbow cards for all the swappers who have signed up so far, and I can tell you they will be distributed based on the order your packets arrive. It's a good bit of work, but I figure if I can handle doing almost double the amount of cards than everyone and go to grad school full time and work part time, y'all should be able to keep pace.

I was planning on doing one card for each person signed up for the rainbow swap as well. That swap isn't as much work since each card doesn't have original lineart involved.

i finished my rainbow cards. working on the animal friends one now. just wondering if it will be easier to mail them separately or together.

I'm nearly finished with mine, just a few that need backgrounds and some small touches. Lots of altering on the lineart this time around.

I'm moving a little slower this time around.
I have 2 cards finished for the rainbow swap, all the backgrounds are done.
I have all the post cards for the post card swap & one finished.
I should be able to complete these over the weekend.

surprise, surprise. im done with mine. now i have to scan them before i seal them up and mail them out. when thats all done i'll have to sit waiting patiently for my cards to come in.
