G1 Baby Tiddley-Winks variants

The one on the far right was the first I acquired and I was confused as to why other versions I got were more purple-pink with freckles. I see on the wiki that she’s the “Hong Kong” version but all four that I currently have in my possession have the exact same hoof markings.

Any insight?

The nursery was produced for a few years, so plastic batches could change up dye mixes. I see it on Baby Cotton Candy, too. That would also explain the eye paint color differences. As for the freckles, maybe the factory skipped freckles that day?

I just checked mine. I have two pink ones and one purplish-pink. Everyone has freckles, but one pink Tiddly-winks has very faint freckles.

I honestly always thought she was purplish pink but I guess I have never looked at them that closely before.

I have noticed that some baby Cuddles look more green and some look more blue. Then I thought maybe it’s just my old eyes. Lol

I’ve been learning all kinds of pony things I never knew before since getting back into collecting.

Variants are always interesting. I have a light and a dark pink Tiddleywinks, but both have light blue eyes. The darker one has lighter eyes. Both have freckles.
I would also say they are from different batches. Maybe a rerelease?

For Cuddles there must have been rereleases. There are Hong Kong Pat Pend, Hong Kong no Pat Pend and China.
