Pony ID Help Can anyone help identifying this pony?

Hi!

We just got this used pony and although I've browsed through the Strawberry reef, Mylittlewiki and MLPMerch, I haven't been able to identify her. Looks like a G4 pony but with cut hair and tail, also there is a removable soft jacket and holes for attaching something(?) on her back, we have no idea what. :)

Wow, that was blazing fast! Thank you so much, now i just need to find out if i can do something to restore her tail :)
