Pony ID Help Can anyone identify this pony?

I’ve been seeing this pony appear on my Pinterest and it’s been plaguing me ever since!

It seems to be a g3 pony in the vein of the Divine Shine line. It has Glitterbelle’s cutie mark but colourswapped. I’m not an avid collector of mlp anymore, but she could also be a custom?

If anyone has any info about this beauty, it’s very much appreciated!

That is indeed Glitterbelle but I have no idea why she is so clear. Usually with divine shines, the plastic can eat away at the glitter, turning the pony into just a weird clearing colour. I’m not sure if it’s because the photo is so clear that she is so light though. That feels the case to me

Looks like a prototype to me! I don't think it's a custom, as I don't know of anyway to turn a purple pony to clear.

If this is a prototype, I honestly wish Hasbro kept it this white colour! She’s just absolutely gorgeous! A shame that this is the only image I can find of her :/

The only way I could think this is custom is a mould and a bucketful of glitter, though I don’t think it’d work that well lol

Non glitter Glitterbelle is cursed. That’s all that is needed to be said.

I’m happy to hear that your childhood Glitterbelle is still living in it’s sparkling glory! Though the head glitter one would be a pony I would probably spend money on lol.

Even though I’ve seen the one you’re asking about before, I don’t have any idea. I never noticed until comparing just now!

Having noticed that now, @LadyMoondancer is probably right with this one being a prototype. I wish we knew where all these amazing prototype ponies went

Yeah, I’m getting certain it’s a prototype now.

I’m guessing it’s either been trashed, in the hands of a very devoted collector, or in someones attic by now. Hoping a collector has it safe and displayed. Prototypes like this deserve to be known, it’s a really cool inside look on how things become what they’re on shelf

They probably changed the color of the cutie mark when they decided to make her purple instead of clear. Prototypes can go through some crazy changes.

I think a collector bought this one, I feel like I've seen larger pics of her. There was also a Divine Shine prototype of Secret Wish with a non-translucent (but pearly) white body.

That reason seems the most plausible for her cutiemark! And yeah, prototypes can be wild, I’ve been in other communities where prototypes looks wildly different!

That Secret Wish does sound gorgeous! I’m pretty happy to hear that it’s probably in good hands! Love hearing that prototypes aren’t missing to time
