Hey everyone. So I adopted the two kittens orphaned in my garage. Their appointment to be spayed is next Monday. One of them has gone into heat. This morning I woke up to a big puddle of pee soaking my bed right next to my arm. (the dampness touching me is what woke me up)
Now I'm assuming this is due to being in heat since neither of them has ever done this sort of thing in the last few months.
Is there any suggestions on how to deal with this? Besides put them in the back porch until they're fixed or heat is over?
I can't keep them in the house if they're going to pee on things. I don't have a washing machine and my mum is away for the week, which means no car and a very long walk ahead of me to get to the laundromat. I can't do that every day.
Also, any tips on getting the urine out of a mattress?
