Hey guys! So this actually happened about a year ago, but I wasn't active on the TP at the time so I didn't get the chance to share.
My grandparents know that I love ponies, and since my grandfather is really big on antiquing and fleamarket-scouring, he often looks for ponies to give me. He wasn't having any luck for awhile until I got a call from both of them saying that they'd actually found some ponies! And when my grandmother described them as "a set of twelve white ponies with pink hair and different flower symbols" I knew exactly what she meant!
They sent me a box containing the complete set of birthflower ponies for my 17th birthday last year, along with a flawed Skyflier. Unfortunately I think their previous owner must've stored them in a garage or something, because almost all of them had some degree of mold on their bodies. I kinda just kept them around for awhile until the other day, where I finally got a chance to fix them up!
Now all of them are in much better condition than before! The coolest part is that they also came with the original pamphlets for the February, April, May, June, September and October ponies!
Here they are on display, although I plan on adjusting them when I actually have more G1s to place there.
