I paid $100 for a MIB set about a year after they were released. Mittens is the most common because there were two of her for one each of the others so she is less expensive. Thats all I can help with.

Mittens won't go for much ($10?) but Snowflake tends to stay around $40 (give or take $10). Candy Cane could maybe catch $25. As a set, I thought they still averaged around $90-100 but I could be out of the loop on this one.

Check ebay completed listings -- that should give you a good idea.
