Yes, it is candy dispencer! Of hard, barely edible type.
There were two kinds, both Cherry Blossom, but one with coloring closer to Royal Bouqet, whom I, naturally, got.
If I ever recall where she is, I may show a photo

I took a screenshot from the live auction the other day of the other two that was for sale. Im not sure who they are. It seems like the symbols is the same for all, just different colors

WOW i love those! maybe they didnt have the budget to create accurate cutie marks for all of them lol and just slapped it on all of them. id love to bring those around on my crossbody bag
