Hair color question

Hi everyone!

I have a Main Sail who came to me with a matted, frizzy mohawk. I want to rehair her in her original colors, but also with a stripe to simulate her color-changed hair so I can enjoy her beauty without exposing her to the sun.

So in other words i want to take this plus this:

and combine them into this:

No color-changing hair involved, just a permanent magenta stripe. Can anyone recommend a dollyhair color similar to the Sunshine Ponies magenta? I would appreciate it so very much!

If you want to then go for it!!! Save the original hair so you can sell it to some collectors here!!! Post the results!

Now, I don't have a G1 sunshine pony at home to compare my own store of nylon hair with, but looking at the photo and My Little Customs (which shows the actual colors of the hair much more accurately than Dollyhair) I think Raspberry Sorbet is fairly close.

Thank you both for replying! I wish i had been able to salvage her hair but it was very short & very ruined :cry2: Star_Flare, I had never heard of My Little Customs. Thank you so much for letting me know about it :smilepony:

Maybe BOUGAINVILLEA from dollyhair.com. I'm on my cell so colors may not be the best.
