That is a Yum Yums they were a late 80's, early 90's line of plushies :)
 
Marry Christmas everypony I'm doing much better today we were able to get food and got the tree decorated and my father gave me 2 chihuahua for christmas I've been so depressed since I lost my sweet Slippy thay can never replace him but they are helping me get though this I'm actually feel good to day I hope everypony a wonderful Christmas and thank you everyone for being so nice to me and my sister

Here are my sweet girls that I got for Christmas the black one's name is lovely and the Brown one name is Eevee
