As I already said in the title : hello !
My pseudonyme is AsterLeaves or more simply Aster. I'm from France and I'm pretty new to the MLP community. Of course I've seen the gen 4 came out back in 2010 but at that time I wasn't into ponies and it seems that in France it wasn't easily accessible for me. But I later understand that one of the vhs and a pony toy that I had younger were respectively from gen 1 and gen 3 !

When I enter college in 2020 I feel the need and the want to watch gen 4 of MLP cause the lore seemed indepth but still light and conforting (exactly what I need far away from my family and friends!) I haven't finished the serie yet because I'm pretty slow to watch serie but I like it so much !
Recently, previous fall, I found on instagram some MLP arts of gen 1 ponies and I started to explore the gen 3 (that I liked better at first) and now I'm diving into gen 1.

I'm glad that I found this forum, it reminds me a lot of things (RPG forum from 2015 era !) and it's more calm, charming and caring than other socials media in my opinion !

I agree with you, Friendship is Magic opened a gateway for me too! Not directly but I started to remember Monster High and other stuff that I used to love as a child
