Hello from a longtime G1 and G3 collector

Hi Everybody! I'm Kristen, a 34 year old girl from the US. I got married and moved into a beautiful house with lots of room to put up a pony room. So guess what. I'm going to work towards finishing my loose G1 collection, the entire G1 catalog - ponies first then probably go for the remaining sets (I'm only missing the dance studio and castle and princess sparkle baby buggy) and finally accessories. I may snag a couple MIP if they're reasonable, I do love a good MIP vintage pony.

Of course there will be lots of pictures to come. I've got a long way to go, but I'm so excited about the journey. I'll be trying to space myself out a bit - maybe 5-10 ponies/month or so, unless somebody's got a great deal for me. :)

Anyway, highlights of my current collection include MIP Rapunzel (yes, you read that right), MIP Sweet Scoops and charm, MIP Mother and Baby, MIP Tux 'n Tails, #1 SunnyDaze, and my entire G3 collection is MIP. I'm happy to share pictures if y'all are interested.

Happy to be here, can't wait to meet everybody!

Welcome to the board! Your collection sounds absolutely delightful! I know I'm not the only one here that would LOVE to see pics of all your lovely Ponies!
 
Hi Evilbunnyfoofoo! Thanks for replying. :) I do love my collection!! I have posted a few pictures of the highlights of my collection in the brags forum. I'll get some better shots of the room to show just how much stuff there is. My wingers and my plushies are still boxed too. I haven't even tried to unfurl them yet. Cheers!
 
Your collection sounds drool worthy!! All those minty girls *sigh*
 
I've posted a few pictures in the brag area. :) Check it out and let me know if you have any ideas for the room setup/layout. I thought it might be neat to go by year.
 
There's nothing more fun than discovering old pals, digging them out of storage. I actually have discovered I owned Ponies I didn't recognize because they've been boxed up so long. My poor ol' Ponies, tubbed up and crated.

I'm heading to check out your show off thread now. I suspect there will be much drooling!
