Hello,

I'm totally new to the Trading Post and new to collecting. I'd actually say I'm not a collector. I just have my childhood Ponies.

It's been a long awhile since I got my saved toys out and I'd thought maybe I could sell some for some money. Who knows, I might have a treasurer hidden away. I only discovered that I just cannot part with my ponies. I cleaned them up and they have brought back such fond memories. The idea of selling them is just too much!

Looking around I don't they any are worth much and to be blunt none or worth selling cause unless I get some huge coin they are not worth parting with... Make sense? LOL I guess I just thought unless it's a few hundred dollars why give up my Ponies for a few bucks?

So in my searching to see if I even had any worth some money I found this place and thought it would be nice to learn more about all this collecting. I just never knew so many folks kept theirs or collected them!

I live in VA near DC and just love living here...though not the high cost that's for sure.

Nice to meet you and welcome to the forum^^. I know just what you mean ;). Childhood ponies are full of memories and there is no way I will ever part with mine. I got couple more rare ponies but I do not wanna sell them :p. Besides them I suddenly one day started collect more ponies ;) now I got bunch of them :p.
We can help you to find put your ponies value and identify them if needed :). Just put a thread up with pic of ponies and we will try to help :).

Thanks for the warm welcome, I meant to come back earlier but this week is keeping me running LOL. Then we did the microsoft update a few weeks ago and my automatic pop to save pictures from my phone is not coming up. I gotta figure that out so I can post my pony pictures!! They are so cute. I think I have them all named properly, value though is harder to determine. Looking you get values all over the place.

Is post that here okay or is there a better place?

Howdy and welcome! Surely you can't sell your childhood chums. They could become upset and come back to get revenge!

Hi and welcome to the forum. I think its wonderful when someone has their childhood ponies. It just goes to show that they were so special many people hung onto them. Its nice to meet you. I will enjoy watching to add to your herd.
