Hello guys! I know, I know, I am pretty scarce around these here parts. I still love ponies, though!

Anyway, this post isn't about me, it's about a poor kitty I scooped off the street today. Jewel has graciously allowed me to post here, so this is it. Kitty has been christened Miss Fury, for reasons that will become obvious should you choose to view the link (as long as you're an Avengers fan). We think she was struck by a car, but she's a little fighter; unfortunately, I cannot afford to pay her bills alone, so I set up a GoFundMe in the hopes that I can offset the costs. Link is below.

Be warned, there is one photo of her rather serious injury and it's a bit graphic. Any donations would be super awesome. Every little bit will help this poor girl.

I'm also willing to exchange my services as a graphic designer for donations. If you design work in exchange for a donation, please contact me here or on GoFundMe to talk before you donate.

Sev, as I said on Facebook, you are a HERO to this poor kitten! I know you've taken in and helped so many over the years and it always warms my heart to see people doing the right thing, and helping those who cannot help themselves.

I've sent a little toward Miss Fury's care, and I'm sure once word gets around, you'll have a lot of help in helping her to get healthy again and find her forever home. :ponylove:

That is so awesome of you to save Miss Fury!

Thank you to everyone who has helped out so far! If you're not Facebook friends with me, you might not know that my GoFundMe campaign was suspended due to apparently violating their terms with the photos on the campaign. They declared both the pre- and post-op photos too gory and suspended my campaign. After much back and forth with their customer service, I declined to reactivate the campaign because I felt they were asking me to compromise the integrity of my mission by not showing her injuries and injury progress to donors.

If you'd still like to donate, please send me a private message here and I'll hook you up with the PayPal. If you are interested in her progress, you can check out the Family Pet Hospital's Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/fphvet where they are going to post at least one more update on her progress. I'm going to get a page set up for her on my personal website for people to see her little journey.

And speaking of journey, she gets the staples out tomorrow (we hope)! And then on Sunday, she goes to her new home. I'm so happy and grateful to everyone who's contributed to help me give this little cat a second chance :)
