G4 Help me ID this AJ

So, my late night anxiety monster got me tonight. So I pulled out my huge Rubbermaid of G4’s to get ready to spa day and double check for doubles.

I came across this AJ.


Now, initially I didn’t think much of her until I went to mark her off as part of my collection on the MLP Merch data base. I can not find this version of AJ anywhere. I’ve searched “tinsel hair” gimmick, all the AJ’s (which was totally obnoxious) and I went through each and every G4 “collection.” I can’t find her!

Now, I am thinking I’m simply overlooking her because her tinsel may not show up in photos great. I may also be overlooking her because it is after all 1am for me. But it’s now making me crazy.

I thought initially she was part of either the Princess Celebration, Crystal Princess or Crystal Empire lines. But nothing that matches this AJ. I then thought maybe it’s this set’s AJ as it looks like maybe Fluttershy has tinsel but again difficult to tell based on photo.


So I come to my lively pony sleuths here. Who is this AJ and where does she belong on my shelf!?!??? :madness::frustrated:

for sure, the Canterlot Castle AJ- i checked on MLW and you can see up closely the strands of tinsel in her hair. matches up with the one you've got!

Bahaha!! Thanks! I never look at the Wiki for G4 because it’s painfully outdated for G4 merch. I also should’ve probably looked at the Strawberry Reef on too. :derp:

Yes, it’s a cute set that I’ve always low key wanted in box because I like the layout of the box. Same with the CMC’s set for this collection. It’s just too cute.
