Pony ID Help Help me MLPTP, you're my only hope

Got a bunch of ponies at a garage sale, and this one reminded my wife of the ones she had as a kid, but we can't find it anywhere.

They're a light blue pony with dark blue hair, and a red/blue/yellow beach ball mark. There's no stamp on their feet, or any other markings anywhere.

Our 18mo loves them either way, so not the end of the world if they can't be identified. But we're irrationally driven to figure out which pony this XD

I recognise this fakie. I find them a lot in the charity shops, the Tesco style ones or the “Wonder Pony Land” types

More ponies in this mould (I am guessing) here. But as someone has said already, show the face too please so we can be sure with guesses!
