How do we get our Fair pony?

For those of us who paid but didn't go-how do we get our pony?

i emailed the person who i bought the tickets from and she said she will mail them 10 at a time. she said she'll contact the buyers when it's their turn to get their ponies. I'm still waiting for my 2 baby breeze too. i hope she comes here soon.
