Currently waiting for a body I ordered. That sounds a bit creepy...

Still thinking about design and colour scheme etc. I love hydrangeas because they change petal colour based on the ph of the soil they are growing in. :D

Oh my goodness!! Theyre beautiful <3 Your art is gorgeous! I love the design!!

beautiful braids! can't wait to see her finished :>

She needs to be made into a real pony. She's gorgeous.

Already beginning the painting. Will probably have to wait till the end of the month before I can get hair. Hoping to make her a twinkle eye, but I have yet to find the right size and colour.

I have seen some really nice hand painted crystal eyes! Not sure I could do it, and I want them for the sparkle :D

It's a beautiful design and it's coming along so great!

Hydrangeas are indeed very beautiful flowers but require a lot of precise care. Like you said, the ph levels are very important. You also have to add lots of aluminum to the soil to get that nice deep blue. I'll let you in on a secret of mine. At work I once ruined an entire greenhouse of blue hydrangeas because I incorrectly measured the application rate of the liquid fertilizer and they all turned various shades of magenta and purple within days! And no amount of aluminum could bring them back. Sorry, this is very off-topic but I just thought I'd share my adventures in hydrangea tending, hehe.

I'm loving all the beautiful but subtle detailing on this pony so far! Can't wait to see it finished!

Oh my! What a story! @_@ I actually really like it when they are all gradients of different colours on the one plant. Its nice to feel understood when geeking out over flowers :D

I can't wait to see the painting done, it looks amazing so far! Hydrangeas have always intrigued me, but it wasn't until recently that i learned why their colors are the way they are. Plants are fascinating.
