Hi! You can call me March (after my OC, March Meadow) I’m so excited to be able to join this forum- I’ve been using this website for the past few months whether it be for advice, price checks, news, etc. and today I decided it was finally my day to join. I’ve been collecting MLP since 2018 (but have loved it my whole life) and am fortunate enough to own hundreds of MLP figures from a variety of generations. My favorite pony of all time is Rainbow Dash and my favorite generations are G3 and G4. I’m looking forward to meeting you all and making some new friends! ^^

Hi! Thank you so much! ^^ Ooo nice! I was referring to G4 RD! I do like her G3 design, but not so much her personality. My favorites from G3 are Rarity and Starcatcher. Ahh I don’t think I could pick a favorite toy- it’s too hard haha! My favorites would probably be Firefly (G1), Wind Whistler (G1, the European version), Pumpkin Tart (G3), Abra-ca-dabra (G3), Rarity (G3, the sparkly, long hair version), Starcatcher (the 25th anniversary version) and I recently got this lineup of clear blind bag ponies from G4 and I put them in rainbow order. It’s quite pretty to look at. Wbu? Who are your favorite ponies and toys from G4 and G5?

As for me, it changes, but right now Starlight Glimmer is my favorite pony- although my toy version of her has strangely disobedient hair, so for toys, any of the pre-2013 G4 ponies are my favorite to collect! I also love my big versions of G5 Jazz Hooves and Misty Brightdawn

That’s so cool! Yes, I know right! ^^ When I was younger that was all I collected- the blind bag ponies. I remember going to Toys R Us with my parents and picking out a few to open with my siblings. The only ones I remember having vividly are Pepperdance and Gilda (the sparkly version) so I hope to get them back someday. Sadly, all of my childhood toys were donated, so in 2018 I had to start from scratch. I’m really happy with my collection now though! The latest thing I bought was a NIB Rainbowberry (G3)- I’ve been looking for one for months now and I’m so happy I finally found one for sale! I don’t know what I’d do without eBay and Mercari haha. Yesss G4 toys before 2013 are really nostalgic and comforting to me- I honestly need to collect more of those, I’m just currently in my G3 “phase” haha. I honestly haven’t watched much of G5, but I do know who Misty Brightdawn is! Not too sure about Jazz Hooves though. Zipp is my favorite from G5. Have you ever watched G3? Also, here is a photo of one of my pony shelves with the rainbow blind bag ponies. I saw a post on Instagram like a month ago with someone with an amazing rainbow blind bag line up and I was immediately inspired. I LOVE rainbows haha.

Just got home and took a more updated photo of my shelf and here is a photo of my bulletin board! Those are all the blind ponies I’ve collected so far (excluding duplicates, and a few I couldn’t fit on there) as well as my OC, Lucky Daisy that I drew. She’s really my main OC at the moment, but I’m not the best character designer haha. A few days ago I was scrolling on Instagram and found an adopt for sale (by buwugy on IG, their work is amazing) and immediately fell in love with the design, so I decided to make her more of my mascot pony.

I'm glad you're happy with your collection, even if you had to restart. Mercari has definitely carried my collection, LOL. I was more into G3 ponies over the summer, but I've settled back into G4 these days! I love that MLP has so many different styles and ponies for different moods Jazz is the pony in my profile picture! I like her toy because she's the only pony not in the G5 Mane 6 to get a big brushable toy, aside from Sprout. I do love Zipp too!! I haven't watched much G3 myself, just certain clips. I think I'm a smidge too young to have grown up with it and I haven't sought it out yet since becoming a collector. I too love rainbows, I was just thinking about reorganizing my shelves to be in rainbow order!! I decided not to for now, but maybe once this semester ends!

Thank you so much! Yeah, I recently discovered Mercari was a thing only a few months ago- I can’t imagine how much I’ve missed! Nice! ^^ Ohh, I think I’ve seen her- is she one of Pipp’s friends/back-up dancers? Maybe I’m thinking of the wrong pony though. Also, what happened to her ears? I’ve always wondered that. Ooo! If you ever do, I’d love to see it! Also, thank you for listening to me go on about MLP haha. In real life I’m a very quiet person, and I never get to talk about MLP since I have no friends that are as into it as I am, so I’m really glad I found this forum.
