No. Most ponies sold as variants were from the earliest years of MLP, ie basic ponies, unicorns, pegasi, rainbow ponies, ect. I imagine it has to do with what licensing Hasbro sold to the various other toy companies that manufactured ponies for smaller markets. The only Twinkle Eye variants that included their signature jewel eyes were the first set of Twinkle Eye ponies made in Spain. Some other former Twinkle Eye ponies popped up in the Argentina Rainbow ponies set. Mimic & the other year 5 Twinkle Eyes were never released in a variant form.
