Is there any kind of database of Custom MLP?....

Is there any kind of database of OOAK Custom MLP?....that way collectors can look up a pony they may have bought from another collector and learn more about the artist or the custom? I was thinking about making one for customizers to keep track of their customs so collectors can go to one spot to see who made an obscure custom but don't want to bother if there is already one that I should be looking at.
 
Not that I know of sense a lot of custom are one off, Oc or various version of know characters. I have never hear of a mass group and all.
 
There's a Facebook group that started something similar

I alone have made hundreds of customs I don't see how anyone could possibly attempt to keep track of a odd hobby art xD

There's also a lot of customizes that made some customs then disappeared and it gets dicey keeping track of those

Yeah I'm not implying it couldn't or shouldn't be done, but it might get complicated.

you could try with google search and just type "custom pony" and get a lot that way, then I'd recommend forums, social media doing similar searches

It's just not something I could conquer. I loove to organize, sort, and list, but this is the first prospect that just had me go stock still and think. Usually I'm all for it. If you can do it @ladyaquitaine that would be so awesome.
 
Ok fellow pony fans - I'm doing it! I started the wiki and I've started putting info on from a friend who is a custom maker who I bought some ponies from just to use it as a template. I think the best way to do this since @Tak , @LightningSilver-Mana you are right it would be so awesome but take so much work to do it all myself is for me to allow collaborators by the artists who make their own customs so they can add their own work to the database and manage their own pages. So I started a wiki! I'v been working on it today and will give out the links once I have it basically organized so that fellow customizers can navigate it easily and can contribute without it being too hard to figure out. Thanks for all your support and soon... we shall have our very own Custom MLP database!
