Howdy!
Okay, I'm looking to commission someone to do some inking/coloring for me!
My husband makes his own wine and I design the labels. I'm not much of an artist, but I've managed to draw simple/cartoony designs that we like. However, once I color (prismacolor pencils) and scan them, I lose some detail and they just aren't very vibrant. The labels have a human-like character with a tree/simple landscape background.
I initially thought I wanted the work done with a computer program, but I've lurked in here a little and see a variety of mediums that would be awesome! I would really like to have someone color my drawings and possibly jazz them up a bit to make them look more like professionally printed wine labels. Anyone interested or know someone who might be?
Send me some examples of your work and an idea of what you would charge for 4 fairly simple different wine label designs.
We can't sell the wine without a liquor license, so we just give it as gifts and I'm trying to get a jump start on Christmas. As such, I can pay you a one-time commission fee for the work!
Thanks so much!
