I think the Dream Castle is like a "chase" one, so it might be the most rare, which makes sense why I'm having so much trouble finding it.

Hot Topic doesn't say, but Mad Bagger says this:
"There is a 1 in 12 chance you will find a chase variant pin of the Dream Castle, which displays Glory, Butterscotch, Sunlight, Windy, Parasol, Medley, and Blossom. The chase pin includes glitter fill details."
