This image didn't deserve to be a thumbnail. Come on! Yes, Disney looks to be temporarily using the IP of MLPFIM with Hasbro, but it's a start. Maybe the IP could be owned later by Disney, who knows. But to see anything MLP in a movie is fun, of course.

The spot to see the ponies is best started at 1:21 time stamp. It's kinda a blink and you'll miss it in a few seconds. The ponies show up right after Princess Jasmine's father flies into the scene on Carpet.

I wondered when this would get a mention somewhere or if I was just super early seeing it.

At first I thought “is that a recoloured Pinkie Pie and Applejack? Weren’t they allowed to use all of the mane 6?” but then I see AJ’s hat there
It’s pretty cool, even if their style is a little strange at that angle.

I’m not really a fan of Chip ‘n’ Dale but I watched the trailer when it came out because I was interested in the blend of animation styles coming together. It looks like it might not be a bad watch

I just saw that earlier today, and it really took me by surprise. The models look like the ones from the mobile game. The thought of Disney owning MLP worries me. :/ I hope it never happens.
Also, unrelated to the MLP cameo, but the trailer reminded me of that weird Russian Gadget Hackwrench cult. I wonder if that still exists.

I love the concept for this movie, I just wish Chip (the hand-drawn one) had better animation, like more shading? But I mean, I would probably watch it and enjoy it. At least it looks pretty original! More fun than a straight reboot.

Edit: Also loved the reference to Cats 2019 with the cat-men squabbling in the alley, lol. As a fan of the stage version, that movie pained me.

I feel like this is set up like roger rabbit, where different companys also came together to collaborate in a movie.

That movie looks soooo weird. But I do love that live action-cartoon style like Roger Rabbit, and I LOVED Rescue Rangers as a kid, so it intrigues me.
