Need Barbie help

I know NOTHING about Barbies. I was never a fan of her growing up and I don't even know who the characters are.

This Barbie came with a pony lot. 2009 is the year.

Can anyone tell me who she is? She came with some accessories. I plan on re-selling her but no idea what to price her at since I know nothing about her. Help please?
